Misk Residential Apartments

Arcadia executed the design of Misk Apartments in Aljada by Arada. Misk homeowners will benefit from modern and spacious interiors, with the ability to choose different sizes and layouts to suit their lifestyle. The Misk Apartments are composed of four buildings and vary from G+11 to G+12 floors with a total of 462 apartments. They are sited in a particularly prominent part of Aljada as all buildings have excellent vantage points from which to observe the development’s main attraction, the Central Hub, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. The top part of the buildings are treated as a minimalist mass that accommodates two penthouses in each structure. The main feature of the Misk Apartments is the horizontal louvers that form a permeable skin, which in turn creates shading areas in the balcony as well as privacy from those looking from the Central Hub.
