Areej Residential Apartments

Designed by Arcadia in a contemporary and elegant style that creates an efficient living space, Aljada’s Areej Apartments are ideally suited for singles or young couples. The Areej Apartments comprise seven buildings in the Aljada masterplan, which range from six to eight stories with an overall total of 621 apartments. The main objective of the Areej Apartments is to employ the idea of a modular proportional grid that is derived from the sizes of the units. The design ‘marks’ the corners and façade with a dramatic composition of glass and solid panels framed in a shape of a grid, which also creates an ambiance of balcony presence. The buildings are also designed to be energy sufficient and sustainable in terms of glass panel selection and window orientations.

Areej Apartments contains studios, one bedroom and two bedroom units. Each apartment has access to park or boulevard views. Delivered in phases starting in 2019, construction on Aljada will begin in the first quarter of 2018 and the entire project is expected to be completed by 2025. The Aljada masterplan is carefully designed with walkability and wide green spaces in mind, allowing residents, workers and visitors the ability to live, work, play and be entertained within an all-inclusive and self-sustained precinct.
