The Salajan Market and Spa Centre project provides various advanced services for shopping as well fitness club, swimming pool and office areas. The project has a total built area of 3,688 sq. m., with a height regime of 2B+GF+M and a 312.20 sq. m. building, equipped with an automated car parking system accommodating 116 cars. The Centre project was executed from 2014 – 2015 for PROD VEG AM TERRA and Bucharest City Hall at a value of 5 million Euro.
