Rehan Residential Apartments

Arcadia designed the Rehan Apartments in Aljada by Arada. The Rehan Apartments includes three buildings with six floors above ground and a total of 234 units. As the buildings are placed at the beginning of one of the main streets in the Aljada masterplan, the trio of structures is intended to reveal the contemporary architecture elements that symbolize Aljada: linear, dynamic and vibrant. The Rehan Apartments are formed entirely from the layering of horizontal strata, which was inspired by the fluidity and dynamism of the street. Rehan homeowners will benefit from modern and spacious interiors, with the ability to choose between different sizes and layouts to suit their lifestyle. The Rehan apartment floorplans include studio, one and two bedroom apartments, designed with young couples or small families in mind.

Aljada is Sharjah’s largest ever mixed-use megaproject, spread over a 24 million sq. ft. area in the last large plot of undeveloped land in the heart of the city. Unveiled in September 2017, Aljada is the Emirate’s most exciting address and a place where living, working, relaxing and playing all come together.
