Nasma Residences by Arada

Arcadia has designed Nasma Residences by Arada, a community currently under construction located in Sharjah, the United Arab Emirates. Arcadia executed the entire masterplan design of the incredibly spacious community, all within a lush, green environment. Highlighted in the gallery is the development’s Bareem Townhouses, the Five Bedroom Signature Villa and the Sama Majlis Villa. The various home floorplans in Nasma Residences eliminate wasted areas and simultaneously enhance the quality of living space. Nasma Residences consists of more than 800 townhouses and villas, ranging from two-bedroom townhouses to five-bedroom Signature Villas. One of the significant components for Nasma Residences is sustainability, and Arcadia Middle East has ensured that all living spaces, including the kitchen and restrooms, are both naturally lit and properly ventilated so the consumption of power can be lessened.

Launched in March 2017, Nasma Residences sold out the first of the community’s five phases in less than a month, making it the fastest-selling residential real estate project in Sharjah. In total, the project contains more than 800 homes, as well as a community centre called Nasma Square, parks and a GEMS international school, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2019. Spread over an area of 5 million sq. ft., Nasma Residences has been carefully planned to ensure a balance between living areas and community facilities including a multi-purpose community centre with club house offering sports and recreation facilities; children’s nursery and full-service medical clinic; the GEMS international school; a retail mall; and Nasma Square.
