Metroffice by Immofinanz

Arcadia completed the Metroffice by Immofinanz from inception stage: conceptualization and concept design, permitting, tender, and detail design with shop drawings. Metroffice is an Immofinanz project, one of the biggest developers in Europe and a major market influencer in Romania. General Contractor for this large-scale undertaking was Porr Construct, known for its consistent execution of larger projects. Part of the first development phase of Iride City, Metroffice is located in northern Bucharest. The complex comprises of three buildings with flexible design rentable space at approximately 40,000 sq. m.

The project goals included creating spaces with maximum flexibility: a sustainable and efficient complex of buildings with a significant amount of green space in order to satisfy the needs of prospective tenants. The project has a total built area of 82,000 sq. m., divided in two office buildings with a height regime from GF+M+4F to GF+M+7F, and a hotel with a height regime of GF+2M+11F. The project was initiated in 2013 for IMMOFINANZ Group at a value of 85 mil Euro. Initially named Electronika Office Park, the project was later rebranded to Metroffice by Immofinanz.
