The Gran Residencia is a residential compound that has an excellent placement in Otopeni city. The project is part of the area development plan that includes the construction of the largest multipurpose hall in the country including an Olympic swimming pool as well the construction of a four-lane road. The project has a total built area of 13, 000 sq. m., divided into four buildings with a height regime of B+GF+4F+5R. Executed between 2007 – 2009 for Vitra Real Estate at a project value of 30 million Euro.
