Brasov Olympic Swimming Pool

The Brasov Olympic Swimming Pool project scope included rehabilitation and expansion of existing infrastructure, rehabilitation of the swimming pools, re-partitioning of interior space, and replacement of the roof, strengthening of the structural frame, and modernizing the electrical installations. The total built area is 6,498 sq. m., composed of two interconnected buildings. The main building, designed for sport swimming competitions, with a height regime of GF+1F and the second building is designed for functions of recreation, spaces for sportsmen and competitions staff, press, VIP public, as well technical and administrative spaces, with an height regime of B+GF+1F+2R. The project was executed in 2013 for Brasov City Hall and the National Company for Investments at a project value of 7 million Euro.
