Business Garden Bucharest, a development by VASTINT Romania under PORR Construct, is making steady construction progress. The project, situated in the Central-Western Bucharest business district, is LEED Platinum pre-certified. The development is comprised of three 10-storey buildings: the mid-rise buildings, GLA Building A at 22,042 sq. m., Building B at 10,880 sq. m. and Building C at 10,486 sq. m., are Class A office and retail space.
Business Garden Bucharest will be surrounded by green recreation areas. Business Garden is Arcadia’s second large-scale project with PORR Construct, expanding upon an existing successful relationship.
