Arcadia completes work on Metroffice by Immofinanz

Arcadia has completed its work on Metroffice by Immofinanz from inception stage: conceptualization and concept design, permitting, tender, and detail design with shop drawings.

Metroffice is an Immofinanz project, one of the biggest developers in Europe and a major market influencer in Romania. General Contractor for this large-scale undertaking was Porr Construct, known for its consistent execution of larger projects.

Part of the first development phase of Iride City, Metroffice is located in northern Bucharest. The complex comprises of three buildings with flexible design rentable space at approximately 40,000 sq. m.
